  1. this is one of my favorite entries...was the last time too!
Very cool to have started on the summer solstice! Hope it doesn't take till the winter one to finish...
The light must be pretty amazing? You have to have been further north than Ireland?

  2. Hi guys--glad it's going so well. But: WHO LET THE DOGS OUT? (Aust--I bet you never thought I'd be able to use the same line on 2 consecutive bike blogs!).
Don't forget--you get a weekend on me somewhere to relax--make it a good place, with hot tub (within limits, of course-- I trust Steph's good judgment).
I'm not sympathetic to the 5 a.m. rising for the cancelled ferry. I know someone who arose at 4:30 a.m. to get 2 people off to a plane to Canada not long ago. He's still recovering.
Aust--softball team asks for you weekly, but is sweeping the B league. I'm retiring this year (after a quarter century at this, some are thinking it's about time!). Have fun & be safe and cautious. Dad/Ken

  3. Just made my first Steep and Cheap purchase! If that's not as hardcore as biking down a coast, I don't know what is (proppies to Tooncie for alerting me to this gem).
